TURKEY Altinkum - Esra
Apartments
Nice hotel especially for families, this is a self
catering hotel, but because nice food we upgraded to
half board. The hotel was nice and clean with
restaurant and a poolside bar. The beach is very
nice and sandy, nice holiday and would go back to
Altinkum again. |

Turkey - Kusadasi -
Derici Hotel
What a wonderful hotel, the room had a balcony,
music sat TV and a decent bathroom. We decided on
the half board option and we are glad that we did as
the food was good value and plentiful, even the kids
enjoyed it. The best thing about the hotel is the
rooftop pool and terrace with great views of the
area. The linen and towels were changed daily and it
is definitely a place to return to in the future. |

Turkey - Kusadasi -
Tur Hotel
The hotel is great it suited myself and partner and
friends down to the ground. Great value for money
the hotel had a swimming pool kids pool, kids play
area, table tennis dart and sat tv. The reception
was 24 hours and there was a choice of using the
hotel safe in reception or in the room. The room was
well equipped with the basic essentials a wardrobe
(with hangers) nice size balcony and a decent size
shower. The staff are very friendly and really do
take a pride in their hotel, it was spotlessly
clean. The hotel is only a 5 min walk to the town
and 5 mins to the local bus station where you can
get to all the lovely clean beaches that are
situated around Kusadsasi. But to just stay and soak
up the rays the Hotel Tur was fantastic. This is the
first time I have booked with Sunset holidays and I
must say I was worried that because I paid so little
for the holiday it would be c**p, but I must admit I
was wrong, Sunset holidays and Thomas Cook really
made it a special time. Will be going back again for
half term. |

Turkey - Kusadasi -
Lion Hotel
Family run hotel not far from the resort centre and
"ladies beach". The hotel has its own waterslides
for the pools, which although the hotel seemed to be
full of kids was never overcrowded. We had a family
room for 4 which was the only downside of the
holiday as it got very hot during the day and the
only thing to do was to sleep with the air
conditioning on all night which was not cheap as
that has to be paid for separately. I would go back
because the staff were so friendly, but that can be
said for most Turkish hotels, the kids loved the
waterslides though, and keeping them happy is half
the battle. |

Tur Hotel
Just got back from staying at Tur Hotel in Kusadasi
and cannot wait to go back again. Upon first
impressions the hotel rooms were tiny and the hotel
was out of the way but impressions soon changed. The
centre of Kusadasi is a maximum 5 minute walk and
how much room do you need. Rooms were cleaned every
day with a towel change and everything was newly
decorated. The staff at the hotel were fantastic,
from sexy boss (!!) to nursery. My 8 year old
daughter received lots of attention from them. The
hotel does not have too many rooms so all guests mix
well and as a single mum I never sat on my own.
Family who run hotel they never leave you along.
They always looking after to you. You can not fine
anywhere the world how they looking after to the
guests. Yes they don't want the guests brings water
and meal at the hotel but please can you look at the
price cheap and wonderful meal.
Great pool and pool area which was a great source of
entertainment during the day, Try the chip butties,
BBQ, English breakfast they are lovely. Can you see
any hotel owner seating with you during the
holidays. Tur hotel family always with customer. we
will be book very soon again.
Hotel standard like 5 star hotel clean, and cheap
please want do you want when you are in holiday.
Thank you Tur hotel

Just got back today and never before felt so
compelled to write a review.
Before i went i read mixed reviews and what utter
garbage these were!
The rooms are basic, yes, but you get daily maid
service, the bathrooms look freshly decorated
(complete with hairdryer) and have an enclosed
shower. Yes you do have to pay a bit extra for air
con but it is worth it when it its 42+ outside!
Breakfast is a traditional Turkish breakfast and you
can have as much as you like. Coffee and Tea are
both available with the breakfast, full english is a
suppliment of 7TL. You are told this on arrival -
the hotel do not hide this, it is only Thomas Cook
who did not mention that B+B meant turkish not
english breakfast.
The food was probably some of the cheapest in the
whole resort but that was not reflected on what you
got. Portions were huge! From massive chip butties
to turkish meatballs everything was cooked to
perfection.
The hotel staff were excellent (Emre, Mehmet, Tayfun)
but Ozai really made the holiday what it was. Very
friendly and willing to help (although he did want
us to have Apple Pie every night!!)
Definitely better than the 2 Star rating it
currently has. Excellent swimming pools and bars. No
noise after around 12 'o' clock so this hotel is
excellent for all concerned.
Fantastic Time spent here, would recomment to
everyone. |
