KOS Kos Town - Lenaki
Apartments
If you are looking for just a base that is
comfortable then the Lenaki is great, this property
is about 1km from the centre of Kos and the beach.
The hotel has a pool and snack bar. Good size pool
and playground for the kids. Very basic hotel, great
for couples but not really for families as the kids
i saw on my holiday were getting pretty bored. |

Hotel Ikaros I have just returned from this hotel, and must admit I was a bit worried before I went after my husband pointed out some reviews on Holiday review websites. Anyway I was pleasantly surprised after expected to find the hotel from hell. The Hotel is very laid back, just off the strip and close the sandy beach. The room was basic but clean and tidy and was cleaned every day. The food was good and lots of choice. The pool was great with nice clean water and lots of sun beds. Good hotel bar which served great cocktails and also had a good choice of food during the day. Some great places to eat whilst on holiday all very close to the hotel, but possibly the best was the spaghetti shop which did great homemade pizza. |

Sarpidon Apartments I went to malia with 14 girls, June 09, and we had the best time ever. All the staff were so friendly. The beach was quite a walk, so we stayed by the pool area. rooms were basic, but everything you needed was there. They loved us welsh! The nightlife was amazin...loved it!. |

Diasselo Apartments
Stayed in June and loved it, the hotel has a great
atmosphere with a fantastic bar, great food, nice
rooms and very clean. Made to feel very welcome and
will be going back again. Plenty to do in Malia with
lots of Tavernas and a great stretch of beach. This
hotel was exclusive to UK customers which was
another reason why we booked with Sunset. |

Diasselo Apartments
Warm welcome given at the Diasselo, Panos and
Marianna are great hosts. The pool bar has a
good menu with nice home made food. The apartments
are in a quiet part of Malia but not far from the
bars and restaurants, the hotel only has 15 rooms so
if you do want some really good Greek hospitality
then book early for 2010 as this hotel will be full
again. |

Malia Holidays
Not a bad hotel, although the room we had booked
seemed to have all the furniture from the 1970's it
was really old. The hotel is a couple of minutes
walk from the action in Malia, the only real
downside was that the pool was too small and if you
want a sunbed be prepared to get up early. |

Paradise Apartments
Thank you Nikki and Katerina for a wonderful
holiday, they did a great job keeping everyone at eh
Paradise happy. The hotel holds its own bbq on
Fridays and it is really nice food, they even
catered for a friend of mine who was a veggie. The
apartments are basic but most importantly they are
clean. This is a wonderful place and would defiantly
go back. BAD POINTS - none for the hotel, but the
main advice is don't get tickets for the bars during
the day, as of an evening they give you free drinks
to go to their bars. |

Ritsa
Villa Ritsa is a small family run hotel, it has a
decent size pool, and another dinky little pool for
the babes. The room was kept clean by the friendly
maids and the sheets were changed twice during our
weeks stay. Like most small hotels in Crete this is
typically family run and George is very friendly. We
got a decent holiday through sunset holidays and
Thomas Cook for £600, that was for 2 adult and 1
child aged 5 |

Jo-An Beach Apartments
Great hotel just on the seafront, the beach is
really nice and clean with some good waves with a
couple of people coming down the beach selling fresh
fruit and cakes and pastries. The hotel itself
was ok, the room was spacious enough for the family
and the room was kept pretty clean. The trips
organised by the reps were good if a bit pricey, but
at least we had the knowledge we were in safe hands.
Some nice bars outside the hotel an dour favourite
place to eat was Laevantis, good food at a
reasonable price, with English meals for the kids |
