Arpora - Abalone Hotel
The abalone is great!! You have 2 go! Yep it is a
little basic but hey your in India! We stayed 2
weeks and did not want to go home, the staff are so
much fun and help and do anything for you, the rooms
are basic but very clean ,the pool is lovely my kids
loved it , the food they do is great , its so cheap
we couldn't believe it!! There's loads to do while
you are there so just hire ya self a taxi for pence
a day and go we went all over, if you want a nice
beach go to mandarin beach ! The friendly atmosphere
makes the abalone ideal for all age groups. The
night markets are great as well for asda price
shopping as the locals say! Abalones ace we are
going back next year ,Goa is so nice ,you will love
it we did ! |

North Goa -
Calangute - Somy Resorts
We stayed at the Somy in November 08 at the very
start of the season. Nice little hotel and having
been to Goa many many times, was impressed with the
cleanliness of the rooms. Rooms are bright and
provide a comfortable and friendly base for quests.
Nice clean pool too but no kiddies pool. there is
alot of facilities to use. Service could be a little
slow especially when busy (breakfast). Friendly
staff. I would have no problem recommending and we
would stay there again assuming standards remain the
same. Have a good time. |

Condolim - Alegria de Goa Resort
You will love it there, my boyfriend and I've stayed
there twice now and wouldn't stay anywhere else. The
hotel staff are brilliant and can't do enough for
you. It features bright and spacious rooms that will
suit those seeking well-maintained accommodation. I
had a really bad accident in candolim April this
year, The staff at the hotel were outstanding
visiting me in hospital with cards and flowers, one
of them was there every day and I was in hospital
for a couple of days. The Amigo jewellers are
fantastic too and sell value for money gorgeous
jewellery. |

Goa - Tamborim - Dona Sa Maria
The friendly, popular Dona Sa Maria provides
complete peace and quiet and is an excellent choice
for anyone looking for relaxation. The hotel is
family-run with a warm, welcoming atmosphere and has
a lot of facilities.
Beautiful village, very laid back, quiet stroll to
beach, lovely people and the food, don't know where
to start from, a proper break, great value for money
!! |
